FY2025 was a roller coaster year, one that tested our resilience, adaptability and collective resolve. It challenged us to rethink how we operate, how we prepare ourselves for what comes next and how do we “Own It”.
As we enter FY2026, Pos Logistics Berhad moves forward with renewed clarity and stronger alignment. Our recent Townhall served as a pivotal moment, bringing leadership and teams together through strategic and insightful keynote sessions from our EXCO Members, reinforcing shared ownership across organisation.
In the next chapter, we move forward as WIRA, aligning closely with our parent group, Pos Malaysia sharing the same spirit, values and ways of working. This alignment reflects a unified direction under “Build Trust”, as we strengthen our digital and transformation agenda to empower our people, streamline workflows and simplify processes across the business.
Our mission remains clear which is to “Move Fast” and deliver more reliable logistics solutions that consistently “Delight Customers” through efficiency, visibility and service excellence. FY2026 marks a defining transition from navigating challenges to executing with unity, discipline and “Drive Innovation”. Together as “One Team”, we move ahead with confidence.
