✨ Driving Digital & Transformation – From Vision to Action ✨
As part of our FY2026 Digital & Transformation agenda, we conducted two focused workshops bringing together key personnel across divisions to deep dive into our General Logistics Solution (GLS) and Automotive Logistics Solution (ALS).
The objective was clear which to understand our end-to-end business processes in detail, identify improvement opportunities and determine which activities are ready to be digitalised to enhance efficiency ultimately #DelightCustomers
Using structured frameworks such as SIPOC and ICOR, the team mapped processes in detail from supplier to customer, discussed operational realities openly and challenged existing practices constructively. The sessions were engaging, analytical and collaborative, a true reflection of #OneTeam working towards a shared goal.
Beyond the structured brainstorming and whiteboard discussions, the workshops also created space to strengthen connections outside the meeting room. Friendly pickleball sessions, sharing durian in the evening and casual conversations helped build stronger trust, the key ingredients in enabling us to #DriveInnovation effectively.
